SeaGate Terminals, LLC announces the acquisition of a premier 44 acre deepwater bulk and break-bulk Terminal in Chesapeake, VA .

November

SeaGate completes the construction on the #6 warehouse.

2009

August

SeaGate Terminals, LLC completes construction of the #5 Bulk Warehouse.

February

Kevin Glover is elected President of SeaGate Terminals, LLC.

2008

July

SeaGate Terminals, LLC signs a long term land lease agreement for construction of a liquid fertilizer import terminal. The agreement also includes an operating contract for SeaGate Terminals, LLC.

2006

June

SeaGate Terminals, LLC completes renovation and expansion of the #3 Warehouse thus greatly increasing the container side of the business.

2002

February

SeaGate Terminals, LLC completes renovation of the #2 Warehouse.

2001

July

SeaGate Terminals, LLC inks its first warehousing agreement.

January

SeaGate Terminals, LLC completes total renovation of the #1 warehouse, the receiving system, and all the support systems two days before the arrival of the first vessel. The ship is received without issues or delay. The first vessel unloaded is Granular Urea.
