SeaPoint Incorporates Beewise AI Technology

A new state-of-the-art Beewise BeeHome™ unit was recently installed at SeaPoint Industrial Terminal Complex in Savannah, deepening our company’s commitment to sustainability. The Beewise unit, which was delivered and installed on October 30, uses AI and robotics to monitor the health of our bee colony remotely, 24/7.

The new BeeHome provides a thermoregulated environment to help protect our bee colony at SeaPoint against extreme weather while offering automated feeding, pesticide protection and mite eradication. This new technology is designed to reduce colony losses by 70% versus traditional wooden hives, resulting in a healthier, more resilient bee population at our SeaPoint site.
